Buying LEDs Made Simple.
We understand that after 130 years of using traditional incandescent bulbs, people may be a little hesitant to try something new. With that in mind, we want to make the choice to switch to EarthLED bulbs as easy as possible. Our Easy Trial Program is specifically designed to remove the fear and uncertainty of LEDs for individual consumers. Simply try any of our EarthLED products for 30 Days. If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days, return the products to us for a full refund of the product costs.
Of course, a couple conditions do apply. All products must be returned in as-new, re-sellable condition, in original retail packaging. Products with damaged packaging (dented or crushed) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept product with destroyed or unusable packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Additional restrictions apply:
All of the LED bulbs we offer are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Defective products are not covered by the Easy Trial Program. Please submit defective claims via our Warranty Request Form and someone from our Warranty Department will be in touch the following business day to help get your product replaced. Defective product returned via the Easy Trial Program will not be eligible for credit and the customer will be responsible for any resulting additional shipping charges.
Non-stock or high value orders
Special orders containing non-stock items (fixtures and troffers) and orders over $2,000 are sold as final-sale, “no-return-items” and are not included in the Easy Trial Program. These kinds of purchases can incur large restock fees from the vendor/factory. If your order contains these items or exceeds $2,000, please contact us directly at 877-855-1625 or Contact Us online. In the event that an exception is made and a return is allowed, additional restocking fees will be applied. Unauthorized products returned through this form will incur a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Damaged or Refused Shipments
The Easy Trial Program Does Not Cover Damaged or Refused Shipments. Packages damaged in shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt by calling us at 877-855-1625 or Contacting Customer Service Online. Due to our extensive fulfillment network, refused packages may not end up at our returns facility in Henderson, NV. EarthLED will not accept responsibility for refused packages.
EarthLED will open a claim with the carrier and arrange for replacements as quickly as possible. Time is of the essence so we appreciate your quick notification. Additional restocking fees will apply to damaged product returned using the easy trial form below.
Failure to Obtain RMA
EarthLED is not responsible for product returned without authorization. By using the form below, your qualified product will arrive safely in our return warehouse. EarthLED uses an extensive fulfillment network and is not responsible for product returned to an unapproved warehouse.
